Accessories may be returned with 10 days of receiving the product, at the
customer's expense, for a full refund. If the item is returned after 10
days and within 20 days from receiving the product, in-store credit
will be issued. No returns after 20 days.
Custom Works
Custom items are built specifically for the individual customer. No returns are allowed on such pieces.
